DEW is now in its 41st year and is kindly sponsored by Dublin Chamber. It is Ireland's premier conference dealing with economic policy issues in Ireland, and is attended by practitioners, policymakers and academics. For 32 years, the conference was held in Kenmare, County Kerry. The 'Kenmare Conference' as it became known, was a unique economic conference where civil servants, academics, professional economists, politicians, and journalists all met to discuss economic theory and policy. The 2018 conference will take place in Clayton Whites Hotel, Wexford on 14/15 September and will cover topics including the All-Island economy, the crisis 10 years on, housing, higher education and the national development plan. The full line-up can be found on our events page. There is an excellent line up of speakers including Minister for Finance Paschal Donoghue, Central Bank Deputy Governor Sharon Donnery and Dara Calleary TD.

The Dublin Economics Workshop is kindly sponsored this year by Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
